Once your order has been placed you will normally receive your goods within 5 working days.

Missed Parcels
Items not delivered due to recipient not being home will generally be returned to a local depot
after the second delivery attempt.

Items not collected from the depot will be returned to The Leather Dog Co and a refund
will be issued for the total of the goods MINUS our postal cost and an admin fee for returned items.

We advise customers to select an address where they can guarantee that someone will
be present to receive the goods. This could be a place of work or where ever is best.
It does not necessarily need to be your home address.

Not Delivered Items
Once the parcel leaves our hands it is the carriers responsibility to deliver your parcel to you.
The carrier will explain their procedure, along with any compensation claim procedure.

For UK deliveries, please contact the selected carrier via instructions in their shipping email
and use your tracking number if there is a tracking number.

For international orders contact the carrier and refer to your tracking code.

Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed especially during
promotions and other busy periods such as Christmas etc.

Returns / Exchange
We offer a refund if the product is returned within 7 days. Products returned for a refund must not have been worn. Exchanges are accepted if the product is the wrong size. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days and a full refund will be offered minus the delivery charge.

Please be aware that shipping costs to send any item back to us are your responsibility.
We strongly advise you use a tracked and insured service when returning or exchanging a product.

Sale or discounted Items will not be refundable.

A refund will be processed within 3-5 working days once the returned product has been inspected.

All returned items for exchange will be inspected and processed within 3-5 working days.
If the item you would like in exchange is out of stock, then we will notify you by email.
